We want your shopping experience to always be exceptional at Elizabeth Parker's! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective item, been sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you.
Please see our simple rules and procedures for returns below:

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a gift card code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided on that order at checkout.

Complete the return form included in your original shipment or print out one from the link provided below and include it with your return.

All returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn and with the original tag(s) attached to the clothing.

All sale items, personalized items, gift cards and items from the EP edition Collection are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned item(s). Please note the tracking number if applicable.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Hassle-Free Returns
We know, returns can be a hassle. We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process simple so to help enhance your Elizabeth Parker's experience! We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know what to expect.
All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, our team will put all of your information into the system as quickly as we can! Even though we have the fastest returns team we've ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Gifts
If you have received a Elizabeth Parker's item as a gift that does not work for you little one, no worries! We are happy to help you process the item(s) as a return or an exchange in accordance with our return policies. Returns are typically processed for store credit to the original email on the order. If you would prefer the gift card be sent to you rather than the original buyer, please note this on the return form. Please make sure that you note the original customer’s name and email address on the form if you are not able to locate the order number.
Exchanges
We have a limited number of styles featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee a size or style will be available for an exchange. But don't worry, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do. We’ll issue you a gift card for your return as soon as possible! If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new e-gift card to buy it!
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes things happen and you need to make changes or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately. Our team is oh-so-skilled at packing and shipping orders fast! Once they process and ship your order, we are unable to make any changes.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you come across an outfit that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. If you do, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if the team has not already processed and shipped your order. We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed and shipped.

Do you sell gift cards?
We do offer Gift cards and Gift cards are non-fundable and expire 5 years from the date of purchase

Do you offer layaway and financing plans?
We want to make your shopping experience to always be within reach and are happy to offer layaway financing plans to accommodate those needs. These are for in-store only purchases and must be met with owner approval.
